YRWA meetings are held on the forth Tuesday of every other month begining Febuary at 7:00 p.m in the Center for Adventure & Outdoor Studies at Garrett College in McHenry, Maryland.

Watershed Profile of the Youghiogheny River.

Maryland's Department of Natural Resources heads up the Maryland Biological Stream Survey. The MBSS serves to provide data on the ecological health of Maryland's streams. They use habitat, water chemistry, macroinvertebrate species abundance, and fish species abundance make their assessment. The data for the Youghiogheny watershed can be found at their website MBSS.
